If you have never heard about “The Law of Attraction” it’s time to read up on it!
The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe – one of which being the Law of Attraction. It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. All thoughts turn into things eventually. If you focus on negative things and outcomes you will remain under that cloud and attract it. If you focus on positive thoughts, and have goals that you aim to achieve you will find a way to achieve them with massive action.
I have certainly attracted a lot of good things into my own life by using this method. Some of which may be to good to be true. I certainly also took action towards achieving them while I imagined I already did.
Why am I writing about this in my blog? Well, let’s say you have a health goal that you want to achieve, it helps tremendously to think and most important of all feel that you already have it. If your goal is to feel amazing in your body and weigh 20 lbs less, then you need to imagine how wonderful you would feel once you weigh 20 lbs right now! You will automatically take action that will lead you to it. And along the way you will love yourself more and be kinder to yourself. Stress less, move more and eat better.
Believe in what you want so much that it has no choice but to materialize!
